Steking av seks kilos fugler er ikke hverdagskost her til g\u00e5rds, og derfor skulle jeg gjerne hatt tilgang til kalkunhjelpetelefonen som tilbys av den amerikanske produsenten <a href=\"http:\/\/www.butterball.com\/en\/index.jsp\">Butterball<\/a>. Her finnes ikke bare oppskrifter og tips av det vanlige slaget, men endatil en presentasjon av damene som svarer p\u00e5 sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l fra usikre kalkunstekere.
