Jeg snakker om avisen The Guardians<\/em><\/a> faste spalte for rettelser og dementier<\/a>, som lenge har v\u00e6rt en favoritt blant engelske avislesere. Det er liten tvil om behovet: The Guardian<\/em> er s\u00e5 kjent for sine mange faktafeil at satiremagasinet Private Eye<\/a> <\/em>konsekven har omtalte avisen som “Grauniad”. Men redaksjonen skal ha for at den l\u00f8ser oppgaven kjapt og kontant, og ikke sjelden med et selvironisk glimt i \u00f8yet:<\/p>\n

Dagens \u00f8nske er begrunnet i norske avisers begredelige presisjonsniv\u00e5, eksemplifisert ved de mange feilene som avdekkes i Martin Ystenes’ Spr\u00f8ytvarsler<\/a> eller denne deprimerende opphopningen av feil og slurv<\/a>.
